I have interviewed at this institution twice. As with many CUNY interviews everyone just reads questions off a page without ever really getting to know the candidate and how they may fit into the culture of the organization. It is an awful way to interview someone and the environment is very sterile leaving you feeling the experience like you wouldn't want to work there regardless.
