Fairly standard DS/MLE interview. It wasn't my best, so as expected I didn't progress to the next stage. What got me is that was completely ghosted by the recruiter. I never received a rejection, and when I asked the recruiter for feedback, I heard nothing back. This is appalling behaviour, and makes me think I've dodged a bullet.

They invited me to a screening for the role via a third-party platform but didn’t show up at the scheduled time. I reached out to the person who organized the interview and also informed the third-party representative. Neither of us received a response. Later, I received another screening invite, scheduled it again, and once more, no one showed up. I haven’t heard back from them at all.
