They judged me on the basis of my creativity, online awareness, past work done(not much) and asked me to work on a test campaign on the same day. There were just 2 rounds. 1st round was to check my skill sets and 2nd was with the CEO. CEO is a super cool guy and asked me questions about my previous work and why/how I got into Online Marketing.
