King County District Courts and the King County Courts rely on the typical STAR interview questions, which are normally asked by a panel of 3-5 people. The questions actually have very little or nothing to do with the actual job. It's more of a personality profile that they're going for, which doesn't seem to be particularly effective at preparing prospective employees for the work to be done.
