The actual interview was brief and friendly. First, I had contact with HR via e-mails. I initiated contact by sending an application, references, and my resume. After that, I had a phone conversation with HR and we set up a time for my interview. The entire process was friendly and professional.

it was very thorough but fair. more than one person present it was a panel interview and each leadership team asked question pertaining to the curriculum, classroom management and how you align with the school

The interview lasted about 15 minutes and the process was very organized and professional. It was a panel interview of about 5 to 6 people. They asked great questions about my teaching background and experience. They asked many questions related to the job and then asked me if I have any questions about the school. I then was given a tour of the beautiful facility.
