Interview originated over a phone conversation with questions ranging in a full compliment from past experiences to current role(s) with the focus on what each role entailed for suitability to match their client's prerequisites. Upon suitability an appointment was made to be interviewed face-to-face. The interview itself was initially a combination of the resume clarification and the phone conversation comments. After then the interviewed went into more depth and an understanding of the past experience history. I was given the opportunity to expand on my experience and competence. I found the interviewer very thorough and precise.
