I met with the E.D, DON & the SSD and interviewed with all of them. They wanted to know how I death with difficult residents and families. Wanted details about previous state inspections I had been through and how it went.

I contacted the agency after I was told I had an interview by my professor. During the interview they asked me about myself and my experience so far in being a social worker student and social worker. They also told me about their backgrounds in being a social worker, what will be expected of me, and what the hours are like.
