Not a real interview and the person interviewing did not have more education than the person she was interviewing. Was told I would be notified by the next week by phone. Three weeks later I was notified via email. Not being selected didn't bother me the fact that the job I was told I would be doing on the phone and the one at the interview were different. They were implementing a new process. I wasn't going to accept if I received an offer. Seemed highly unorganized.
