Unprofessional. Not many teaching-related questions asked. They needed to fill a position urgently. Hiring unqualified teachers to fill roles that they can't find qualified teachers for because of their poor reputation.

Interviewed via Skype, from Skopje North Macedonia to Queensland Australia. Details of my extensive international experience were discussed, as well as the kind of impact that I hoped to bring to my new students. Adaptability to new languages and culture was a highlight. Extra-curricula services mentioned.

I sent my resume to the hiring team. Then I received an email after a couple of days for an interview. The schedule was set and I had a skype session with the principal.
