The center director and assistant director interviewed together. Asked questions such as how do you think children learn best, what is your teaching approach? Then after the formal interview, they took me on a tour of the center, where I was able to meet staff and children.

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
