The process went well for me. The director took her time with telling me the description of the job, the center, and things she was looking for her center. I worked for them for about five years. I had my ups and downs but if teaching is what your trying to do this could lead you to getting experience into teaching for school district

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
