I met with the director and we sat outside due to COVID-19 policy. We had a conversation regarding what she was going to review for the interview. I ask questions and she went through all her questions she had. She wrote down all my responses and comments. I told her about the reason why I wanted to work for the company and asked how soon they would need a teacher.

I was invited to one hour on site interview with center director. I was asked about my previous experience with kids, teamwork, my qualities, concerns, situation type questions, and things like that.
