interview process was pretty straightforward. Applied and then the next day received a phone call to ask some follow up questions and get to know me a little. A week later I had a second interview via zoom. Was offered the job officially a few days after the 2nd interview.

I was interviewed by the Director and Assistant Director. They asked me questions about my experience with childcare. After my interview, I was contacted again to come back for a few hours the following day for a working interview.
