Sending my resume was the first step, followed by an online interview. During the interview, I encountered a series of questions that covered both management and technical aspects relevant to the position. Additionally, I was asked about my motivations for applying and the reasons behind my interest in the role.

The interview process was unstructured and some of the questions were not relevant to the position I applied to. The hiring manager didn't even ask me about my competencies and acted very informal. The whole experience signaled that the position was already filled and I was interviewed merely for a check mark.
