The process was overall quite well. I had applied to the company directly and within a day I had got a request for an in person interview. Shortly following the interview I had received another invitation for an in-person interview meeting with 4 separate people, first with my HR recruiter followed by 2 individuals who are currently in similar roles and then the hiring manager. I was then given a take home management challenge to do. The entire process took approximately 3 weeks from start until finish.
