Phone interviewed with the Director of Sales the in person interview with the Director of Sales then an in person interview with each General Manager over the hotels I would manage. This was probably the most fun interview process I've ever had. Kimpton looks for personality to fit their brand over skill; they look for traits that align with the company's goal over being the most qualified for the position. My colorful resume got me the interview (I changed it just for Kimpton to stand out) and I let my personality shine through over harping on my ability to complete the duties.
