The Director of Front Offices interviewed me first, he never made eye contact with me and the whole interview felt rushed. I did have a follow up with the GM and again it seemed rushed, they seemed desperate to hire someone but I felt they had someone else in mind and were just stringing me along. It was disappointing to interview with a a Director of FO who had no focus or care.

It was a great interview, they definitely want to ensure that the person they are hiring is someone who is customer service minded and ready to go above and beyond for the guests.
