Despite this alignment, the role was reposted shortly after the interview process concluded, raising concerns about whether the evaluation criteria were effectively applied. Additionally, the recruiter appeared to lack the technical expertise necessary to properly assess qualifications or articulate the needs of the role. Addressing these issues by improving communication, streamlining the process, and involving technically informed personnel could greatly enhance the experience for future candidates and lead to better hiring outcomes.

You interview with your direct manager first along with the RPC. 2nd and final interview is with the RVP. Process was simple and straightforward. They are quick to get back to you on if you were hired or not. Positive interaction.
