Additionally, the recruiter appeared to lack the technical expertise necessary to properly assess qualifications or articulate the needs of the role. Addressing these issues by improving communication, streamlining the process, and involving technically informed personnel could greatly enhance the experience for future candidates and lead to better hiring outcomes.
