I was contacted by a recruiter about a scientist position with the company. This interview consisted of basic screening questions. I was asked about my education, my research, etc. About three weeks later the recruiter contacted me and arranged a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked detailed questions about my dissertation, the research I currently conduct, experience working collaborators, etc. Two weeks later I had an onsite interview that consisted of breakfast with a team member, one on one interviews with various employees and a powerpoint presentation. I was asked an abundance of behavioral questions. It's a bit of a grueling process but the people were nice and the campus was beautiful. Seemed like it would have been an awesome place to work but I guess I wasn't quite what they were looking for.
