Terrible - reached out to me via Linkedin, were determined to headhunt me. After a call I said I am not sure if this is what I need but they persisted and invited me to their office (pre-pandemic). The ofdice was terribly unclean, the person I was about to meet was late for 40mins because they forgot about the intervew. The hr girl did not have a room booked, nor she reminded the person who was innterviewing about me. Pure chaos everywhere. When I told them the salary I expected I immediately relaised they will never call me. Maybe they expected to hire someone cheap and were so confident their unformal office will motivate me to work there, but no. Terrible altogether. Especially knowing that I wasn't even looking for a different job.
