Entretien
It’s easy but you need to be prepared and you need to know about the company. My process took one month approx including 4 interviews. They all are nice but the final process was a mess. I received an email on September 24th that said that I’ll need another interview. I was waiting for the date and time but they didn’t appeared nor answer my emails. After that, I didn’t receive nothing until October 10th that was a rejection from them. So disappointed with the last part of the process.

Entretien
I was interview by two individuals. It starts off okay with an overview of my resume, some questions and asked to sell them a product. I pretty much knew I didn't get the job when one individual lost interest and was pretty much slouching and not paying attention. Further to that he went through my whole resume asking what I made at each position, that right there raised a red flag for me as if based on what I made from previous positions made me unqualified. I am had asked a question about can you give me some characteristics of your top agents in which he told me "they show up and pick up the phone."
