It was pretty easygoing, I think it depends on which recruiter, area, and position you are applying for. The process was fine but the waiting time is a little long. Just be patient with the emails.
Totally nonsense. Got phone interview called from someone in Nebraska, and that guy didn't even have idea about minimum wage level in British Columbia. Btw it never make sense for a financial role to have up to 50% travel in working.
Have to go through multiple interviews only for them to ghost you. Interviewers are boring and uninterested and I do not recommend. I have friends that are Financial Analysts and are on sight for projects and it makes no sense.
