Starts off with a quick phone screen from HR to gain insight on position and also get a look into my background. After was an in office interview with two of the hiring managers also mainly looking to get to know your background and see if you fit with the team culture. It has been a few weeks since the interview and I haven't received any notification on from the recruiting team on next steps. Honestly is a bit rude to ghost me and I would recommend that HR be cognizant of other peoples time.
