Had lovely interviews with the company, but then when trying to schedule one of the final interviews, they didn't get back to me for a long time. They finally scheduled me for an online instead of in person, and the interviewer clearly didn't want to be there. I was rejected a day later. It seemed like the position was filled and they wanted some excuse.

Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
