Brief phone interview, heard back a week after applying and then a great hiring manager reached out to me. We set up a phone interview for very next day. It was 30 minutes in length.

The interview process was a complete lack of consideration and a waste of time. The recruiting team basically ghosted me after two rounds of interviews that seemingly went well. No feedback or follow up to a least let me know they’re are not moving forward. And after 3 week of cricket silence I followed up with both recruiters. It’s been 2 weeks since and ZERO response. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate for this size company.
