I had a phone interview with a recruiters. I was asked the typical HR questions about past experience. Then, I was sent by mail People Answers Assessment. It is something like an IQ test timed at 10min and timeless behavioral and personality test. It was a first for me and as an experience engineer, I felt offended and lost interest in the company right away.
PS. For whoever is interest in People Answers Assessment just google it. There are a lot of sites that will prepare you for the assessment.

Very informative! They try to talk to you before the interview to provide some more information about the company, job, environment, etc. The interview its self felt like just a regular conversation almost like with someone I already know.

It was with the manager one on one. It was a conversational style interview and the manager asked about my experience and knowledge. She was friendly and easy to talk to
