The interview processes started with talking to the hiring manager and a manager in his team for an hour but he was unclear on the next steps and had to leave on the hour, leaving the member of his team to answer my questions, he painted a different picture of the team and it's current state, he said he would get back to me about the next stage but I had to chase after 2 weeks, he ended up texting my saying I wasn't quite right even though I have managed bigger teams and answered every question, I was clearly disappointed with the out come but was a stage process never the less.
