Applied online. Got a call 3 days later asking to come for an interview. Had questions about my availability, how to sell products. Received a brief run down of the company. 4 days later got a call saying I got the job.

I had no formal interview at all, I was immediately offered the job on a phone call. This should have been a red flag that they were very short staffed.
