A not successful communication process, it is not effective as an assessment of candidate. Your answers will frequently be challenged and interrupted. And you have to adapt yourself to the manager/director's way of thinking. The questions are not well phrased and you have to guess what they mean before answering.

The manager/director will ask you to describe your dream first. You have to show you are already intensely passionate into exactly what they are doing. I appreciate this organisation for doing charity. Yet I think I do not fit the work culture there.
