Phone interview and written questionnaire . They also did a role play - mock call from a client. There was no follow-up after the interview for 3 months.
It was pretty straightforward, starting with a skills assessment and into a scenario based interview. The interview also had a mock case where you would practice what a live call would look like.

Phone interview, followed by in person interview. If bilingual interviews are conducted in both languages. Highly structured and very organized. Most of the questions are scenario based to see how you would react and respond to different youth
