Applied online and after a week Assistant Director from Kiddie contacted me to set up an interview. Overall Interview was very easy and hiring process was smooth. After my fingerprints and background checks, I was offered a job !

Tell me about yourself and what interests in Kiddie Academy
Easy, straightforward, they asked a couple of questions around childcare and experience. It was one interview and they offered me the role the next day - took about a week from application to offer.
Easy interview, quick process and turnaround time. They’ll ask you pretty simple questions and how you would handle certain situations. They’ll ask you when you can start and what your schedule looks like

Apply to the job and get First telephone interview with HR. If it goes well, schedule second telephone technical interview and if successful receive offer letter in less than a week.
