I had a great experience interviewing with Kickstarter. The recruiter I worked with was wonderful - informative, affable, responsive, and never pushy. As for the interviews, I really enjoyed the take-home project as opposed to trite leetcode questions, and the on-site consisted of several rounds of behavioral questions with various employees from the company. Everyone I interviewed with was thoughtful and engaged. I decided to accept another offer in the end but the whole process left me with a positive impression of the company.

Phone screen with a recruiter. Interesting conversation about the technology stack and the intended direction of the company. Overall, I got a good sense of what they were looking for in the team. The role seemed interesting but I decided to go in a different direction
