i applied for the job so many times, after 3 months i received a call to inter Technical interview, then intered HR interview on the same day to save some time, after 2 months i received job offer.

Revit structure exam + Etabs & safe exam + structure exam + face to face discussion .. too long interview but they can specify the best employee through this process
