The whole process was very straightforward: Three interviews (one with school director, one with committee/department specialist and one with executive director. I was then invited for a campus visit and teaching demo, spent the whole morning and part of the afternoon on campus meeting staff and students. After receiving an offer, I was scheduled for a “final interview” with the school founder.
