I interviewed with the Managing Director, Sales Director , and Delivery Director. I interviewed with each one separately for around thirty minutes. They asked about my experience and what I have done in the past several years.

The interview process at Kforce was quick and too the point. Since I was an internal referral the process was shortened to get me on board as soon as possible. The one thing that threw me off though was the explanation of the commission plan and the benefits. Several people have had to have this explained to them several times after their hire date
