Posted my resume on one of job search sites and got contacted by a recruiter in Florida. She scheduled a phone interview with a couple days later. It was pretty easy. She asked me what I was looking for, what my current occupation was, more about the company and position. Seemed to stress a lot of monetary compensation. Then scheduled an onsite interview for the week after. Met with the director of both the San Jose and San Francisco offices. He was extremely honest with me and made the interview very enjoyable. He asked me about what I was looking for, what my skills and experiences were, and told me more about Kforce and the history about the SJ & SF offices. From this interview I got the impression that both of these offices were being built back up from the ground. There were only 2 people in the SJ office and he was only planning on hiring maybe 2 more people. I then got in touch with the recruiter after my interview and they asked me to come to the SF office for a 2nd round and to meet everyone in that branch. After setting up a time and thinking the position over the weekend, I respectfully declined to continue the interview process.

Had the unfortunate experience of interviewing during the Corona outbreak. What would have been in person was over the phone. Interviewer was late, and seemed uninterested from the get go. During the interview, he asked about my current living situation, then stopped and reminded himself he cannot ask that in an interview. You would think a recruiting company would understand that.
