CV submission online. First call with HR followed by one with a senior manager. Assessment centre in their London office, with an individual presentation to deliver to one of the directors.
Felt at ease throughout the whole process. It was not daunting. Good feedback and friendly interviewers. Did not feel overwhelming. Left knowing what I could have done better. Positive experience.
