Initial interview with a tech question component and culture check. Excellent progressive team, no ego, really enticing place to work. The interview felt a lot more like a friendly conversation than an interrogation. A very no judgment kind of place with realistic expectations. I would say that if you are simply honest about your experience and who you are then you will be fine. I didn't meet all the requirements but the rejection doesn't hurt because it is reasonable.
