I applied via referral link, 2 days later received an email from a recruiter asking me to schedule a phone call to discuss the role and my background..etc, next day received the call on time, the recruiter was nice, she asked me if I would like to continue in English or Spanish, both are fine, she continued in Spanish most of the call as the role required Spanish, she explained the business of the company, the role , 3 days later I received an email advises I was not chosen because the preferred to chose someone with a native level of Spanish, I appreciated that they give a feedback, and the recruiter is nice , easy going and transparent.
