The interview process was very transparent and did not feel like I was being "kept in the dark" - which is a frequent occurrence when interviewing for SDR roles. The first interview is equivalent to a "phone interview" but it takes place over Zoom. Basic questions from what I remember, and covering your resume and previous experiences. The second interview is with the CEO, and a bit more in-depth. There will be questions about advertising and sales (why you'd be a good fit), but there will also be questions about life and small talk (from what I remember). The CEO is great, so it is best to not over-think things and come in with a positive mindset. The third interview I had was with a member of the sales team, where you can expect to talk about the role and what it takes to be successful. I truly enjoyed the process and connecting with everyone. Shortly after the third interview, I was extended an offer and I am still currently a part of the sales team at Keynes!
