I was selected to interview after being turned down for the receptionist position. I later found out that the Guest Relations manager felt I was over-qualified for the receptionist position. I initially met with the Service Manager and Director. They were pleasant and eager to hire me, so much so that they ran my background check and sent me off to take a drug test the same day.
