Interviewed for Sales Engineer for GL-R Series Safety Light Curtains.
Set up by recruiter. Technical Aptitude test, followed by a personality test, followed by a Hirevue interview, then flown to Chicago, Picked up at airport and driven to Keyence's office. Met with their Hiring manager in person and two district reps via VTC. Standard interview questions, followed by a pitch of the product, followed by a sales roleplay (sell me this pen)
Ultimately not given an offer due to them feeling I was more suited to a project management or engineering position. (Fair assessment. They want to see that you REALLY want the job.)

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

In the initial round, i have quick interview with the HR staff, and a 30 minutues IQ test (the test was moderate level i think)

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
