Phone process is way too long and inefficient. Too many interview steps to go through and you gotta wait quite some time. I'm still in the process of the interview. First the will contact you for a phone interview, then they will send you two assessments to do, then they will contact you for a video interview and if that goes will, then they will fly you for a face-to-face interview.
