Had a telephonic interview for 30 minutes where an HQ Recruiter explained the job to me and asked whether I would be interested in pursuing an HQ Recruitment position or International Recruitment position as they may have several vacancies in the future. The interviewer was quite rude and didn't do a very good job at selling his employer or even pretending to be friendly. This interview was followed by a Caliper Test which took about 3 hours to complete. They emailed me about 3 weeks later as I took the right before Christmas and indicated that they have selected someone else for the position. I am unsure as to whether I passed the test or not. The personality section is rather extensive but the cognitive aspect (solving shape sequences and mathematical patterns) was fairly easy.
