J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Keyence (Manchester, Angleterre) en nov. 2018

They sent a 15 min/15 Q mechanical comprehension test by e-mail a few days before the interview to do at home. It's GCSE physics; levers, cogs, pulleys etc.
The interview itself was at their office in Manchester media city (the address isn't online). The lady doing the interview was very friendly. I started off with outlining my CV with regards to sales and then it was about 30 mins of perfunctory interview questions with a focus on sales. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The sales part was where she wanted a beach holiday and I have to sell her a skiing holiday. You have to ask a lot of questions about why she wants that holiday etc, and say that everything she can do on the beach, she can also do at a ski resort.
They show you a timetable of an average week at Keyence where they say you'll be working very long hours, and I assume the correct answer is that the more work you put in, the more you get out.
Wasn't any questions about what I know about Keyence, but I related what I knew to the other questions.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
