I applied for the position on a job board (in all honesty I applied to so many places I have no idea which one) and a recruiter contacted me with information on how to apply. I went to the company website and had to do a video recording answering typical interview questions, i.e tell me about a time you messed up and how did you fix it etc. Next, I had to complete a rather lengthy personality test, which took about four hours to complete. After about a week I received a call to do an in-person interview at the corporate office in New Jersey, followed by a second interview with the CFO.

Only made it to the first step which was a hirevue interview. I was more than qualified for the job however, I am not good at virtual interviews so I couldn't even show my true potential.
