J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Keyence (Mississauga, ON) en sept. 2017
Entretien
Just a heads up, I interviewed with Keyence Canada so if you're applying in the States your application procces might vary from my experience. I was contacted by a staffing agency on LinkedIn, after I responded I had a simple phone interview with the recruiter where he bassically just wanted me to walk through my resume. After this he schedualed a phone interview with an HR rep. Again pretty simple mostly just going through the resume and a chance to ask a few questions. After this I had a simple mechanics test, if you're an engineering grad it should be a breeze. Then a personality test which also had a few logic puzzles. I found a few of the logic puzzles a little tricky but this test wasn't timed so it wasn't a big deal. After all that I was contacted by my recuriter telling me I had an in person interview. I had the in person interview but didn't get the position. They asked if I had played sports competitivly, which I haden't. This seemed to be a big red flag for them and after that the interview went downhill and ended quickly. Hope this helps someone out there get a job. Good luck!

Very odd, one hirevue and then they fly you out to chicago. The chicago process is smooth. One interview and roll play. Great time to practice skills and continue to get better.

The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
