J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Keyence (Chicago, IL) en août 2016
Entretien
Began the interview process with a recruiter. Took a series of tests including the Bennett mechanical comprehension test, followed by a phone interview, video interview via Hire Vue, then a caliper personality test. Did not receive an offer upon completion of the personality test. I believe it was probably the video interview where I probably did not meet their expectations. Overall, it was an okay experience, just wish there was more human interaction. Seems like the recruiter just wanted me to complete their interview so they could receive commission for the interview process.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
