It's in your, and the companies, best interest. They seem like a great company and know exactly what type of employee they are looking for.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
