Interview process was 4 rounds total - HR screen, phone call with VP, video interview with associate, and then final round was a panel interview with two analysts, associate, and the VP.

Two resume screens, one by hr and one by the coverage/product group. Passed both and had an intro call with hr. Then, had a first round with the VP of the M&A group. Mainly behavioral with a few general valuation questions. Superday was 3 interviews, 30 minutes each. Pretty chill and a mix of behavioral and technical (accounting and valuation) questions. Did not receive an offer, but I had a positive interview experience.
